C. The X axis & Y axis have automatic stooper to location the center of punching holes accurately.

D. The light also can location the center of punching holes too.

A. The cutting unit of 3 IN 1 CNC Busbar Fabrication Machine adopts staggered shear, after cutting, there is no waste.

B. The machine adopts the automatic stopper, it can measure the length of the copper busbar easily. 

The Bending unit of 3 IN 1 CNC Busbar Fabrication Machinery

A. The bending unit of 3 IN 1 CNC Busbar Fabrication Machine adopts Siemens ST30 PLC and Touchscreen.

B. The PLC is installed with our self-developed program, the CNC screen interface is simple and easy to operate, and the bending precision is accurate.

C. You can change the mold to achieve vertical bending, flat bending, U-shaped bending, twisted twist, etc.

The machine is packed with plywood crates. When the machine is packed, it is first coated with anti-rust oil, pasted with greaseproof paper, and then wrapped with plastic film to prevent the machine from rusting due to moisture in the transportation figure.
