Machine Main features

 

The cut is clean and smooth, with no edge chipping, burrs, or material waste

 

The sheared edge is smooth, eliminating the need for secondary grinding or manual finishing; this reduces labor requirements and effectively minimizes raw material loss during busbar production.

The rotary turret punching unit features six stations, reducing the frequency of tool changes

 

The rotary turret design allows for the pre-loading of commonly used punching dies, enabling operators to quickly switch hole sizes without frequent disassembly or reassembly. This minimizes downtime associated with tool changes and boosts productivity for continuous busbar punching operations.

The bending unit utilizes a single-level worktable, allowing three stations to operate simultaneously

 

While one station performs a bending task, the other two can simultaneously carry out shearing or punching operations. This synchronous operating mode shortens the overall production cycle for each batch of busbars.

Controlled by a PLC system, the unit achieves a bending accuracy of ±1° and a repeatability of ±0.3°

 

The PLC control system manages every movement of the bending station, ensuring consistent bending angles across multiple batches of copper or aluminum busbars. Even with large-volume orders, the angles of the finished busbars remain uniform, effectively preventing product defects caused by human error.

The equipment is operated via a foot switch and equipped with an emergency stop button to ensure production safety

 

The foot pedal frees up the operator's hands during material transport and positioning; additionally, emergency stop buttons are installed at each workstation, allowing operators to halt the machine at any time based on on-site conditions and effectively safeguarding operational safety.

The working stroke is fully adjustable to meet diverse processing requirements

 

The working stroke can be adjusted to accommodate busbars of varying thicknesses and widths. By simply setting the appropriate stroke distance on the control panel-without requiring mechanical modifications-the equipment's versatility in handling various specifications of copper and aluminum busbars is enhanced.
