Three units Detailed Description

Punching unit:

The punching unit supports both template-based and free-form punching modes, offering simple operation and ease of use. The equipment features a six-station punching turret that accommodates commonly used dies, thereby effectively extending die service life. Precise alignment of the dimensions and geometry between the upper and lower dies is crucial; users can configure multiple irregularly shaped punching operations with independent coordinates simply by inputting the coordinate values.

Cutting unit:

This cutting unit is highly convenient to operate. The cutting station features a 1,000 mm X-axis travel and is driven by servo and CNC systems, enabling the processing of copper busbars of varying lengths; additionally, it supports the cutting of multiple busbar workpieces of equal length in a single operation.

Bending Station:

Bending operations are primarily performed on the second-level workstation. The punching and cutting processes operate independently without mutual interference, enabling simultaneous work across all three stations. The bending stroke reaches up to 500 mm. The CNC bending system features built-in templates; simply select the desired template, input the relevant parameters, and install the corresponding tooling to begin operations. This station supports various forming processes, including U-shaped, L-shaped, and Z-shaped bending, as well as flat bending. copper busbar twist or cable crimping tasks can also be performed by simply swapping in the appropriate specialized tooling.

Our factory is equipped with comprehensive precision machining capabilities, supporting punching, multi-angle bending, twisting, chamfering. As shown in the images, we manufacture a wide range of non-standard copper busbar components-including straight busbars, L/U/Z-shaped bent busbars, twisted copper connectors, multi-hole adapter plates, laminated busbars, and copper grounding brackets-and can fabricate complex, irregular shapes tailored to the installation space requirements of specialized equipment.
