Auto-location CNC Busbar Bending Punching Cutting Machine

Our automatic positioning machine: JPSK-4A-303NC, is highly intelligent and efficient. This machine has three working stations: punching, bending, and cutting. Can be processing different size copper and aluminum busbars. Each station is equipped with guide rails and stop gauges, and is controlled by servo and PLC, enabling automatic positioning.

Three workstations can operate simultaneously, which saves working time and significantly enhances efficiency and accuracy.

(1) Punching unit:

The punching unit has both template punching and free punching, and the operation is very simple.

A six-position punching turnplate can accommodate frequently used molds, thereby extending the service life of the molds.

It is important to ensure that the dimensions and shapes of the upper and lower molds are consistent.

Set multiple irregular punching holes with different coordinates, and directly fill in the coordinates

(2)Cutting unit:

The operation of the cutting unit is the simplest.

The X-axis travel of the cutting station is 1000mm.

By servo and CNC control, We can make different length copper busbars and also can cut same length busbars to multiple pieces.

(3) Bending Station:

The bending process is mainly on the second layer workbench. The punching and shearing operations do not interfere with each other, ensuring that all three workstations can operate simultaneously.

Bending Stroke is 500mm. 

The curved CNC screen contains templates. You can select the template you want to fold, input the corresponding parameters, and then install the corresponding mold. 

Not only can it perform U-shaped, L-shaped and Z-shaped bends, but also flat bends and other processing. If you have the need for twisting wires or pressing cables, you can replace the corresponding molds to complete the task.
