Cutting
Structural Features
- Integrated Shearing Structure: The shearing unit adopts a one-piece forged structure with an innovative design and a well-balanced force distribution, ensuring long-term use without deformation.
- Blade Configuration: The upper and lower blades are installed vertically and parallel to each other, guaranteeing smooth, burr-free cutting surfaces with no waste material.
Pressing Mechanism
Equipped with a pressing device to prevent the workpiece from lifting during the shearing process, reducing blade wear and improving shearing accuracy.
Function & Operation
- Shearing Capacity: Capable of shearing copper (aluminum) busbars with a thickness of 3–16mm and a width of 200mm.
- Continuous Shearing: A polyurethane pad is used as a buffer during the shearing process, enabling precise and continuous shearing operations.


Bending Unit
CNC Bending System
The bending unit is equipped with a CNC system, controlled via a touchscreen or PLC, ensuring easy operation and high precision.
Users can directly input the bending angle and busbar thickness, and the machine will automatically calculate and execute the bending operation.
Versatile Bending Functions
The bending unit supports various bending methods, including flat bending, vertical bending, U-shaped bending, and Z-shaped bending.
Additionally, by changing molds, the machine can perform embossing, wire lug pressing, and other special processing tasks.
High Precision & Repeatability
Bending accuracy reaches ±0.5°, ensuring consistent and precise results.


Punching Unit
Mold Library Design
- Turret-Style Mold Library:
The punching unit uses a turret-style mold library that can store multiple punching molds (such as round holes, elongated holes, square holes, and special-shaped holes).
This eliminates the need for frequent mold changes, allowing for efficient multi-task punching.
- High-Precision Mold Installation:
The mold installation holes are processed with CNC machining, ensuring high precision and extended service life.
- Integrated Six-Position Rotary Table:
Made from ductile cast iron, this rotary table improves mold concentricity, extends the mold's lifespan, and significantly reduces mold change time, enhancing overall efficiency.
High-Precision Punching
Accurate Punching:
The punching unit utilizes high-precision molds and a hydraulic system to ensure accurate hole positioning and smooth cut surfaces.
Powerful Punching Capacity:
- Maximum Punching Thickness: Capable of punching up to 16mm thick and 200mm wide copper (aluminum) busbars.
- Punching Diameter Range: From Φ4.3mm to Φ30mm, meeting various size requirements.
Punching Positioning System
The equipment is equipped with multiple positioning methods to ensure precise punching every time:
- Infrared Positioning: Uses a red laser beam to quickly and accurately locate the punching position.
- Punch Positioning Pin: A pin is inserted to confirm the exact position, making operation simple and efficient.
- Multiple Positioning Options: These features enhance operational efficiency and reduce waste caused by misalignment.
