The CNC Busbar Machinery is a economical and efficient model of busbar processing machine which has three functions: cutting & punching & bending. This machine is specifically designed for applications in the electrical industry, such as: MV Switchgear, LV Panel, Motor Conrol Centres, Capacitor Banks, Ats Panels, Distribution Boards, Sub Main Distribution Boards, Feeder Pillars, PlC / Annunciator Panels & HVAC Control Panels.

Features of the Punching Unit

This series of CNC Busbar Machinery has three processing units: punching, shearing/cutting and bending.
The three units can be used at the same time or in sequence to shorten the processing time and improve the production efficiency.

The bending unit adopts German Siemens PLC.

The main function is to process copper and aluminum busbars of different specifications.

Through the corresponding operation unit, you can quickly and easily carry out all kinds of processing of copper and aluminum busbars, such as shearing/cutting, punching (round and long holes), flat bending/horizontal bending, vertical bending, U-shape bending, embossing, flattening, twisting, cable connector processing and so on.
