The machine is equipped with three processing units: punching, shearing and folding.

Through the operation panel or foot switch, the busbar punching, shearing and folding can be performed separately or simultaneously.

The machine has high production efficiency and is easy to use.

The three processing units of punching, shearing and folding are controlled by three pump stations respectively, which can realize the simultaneous operation of the three processing units.

The workbench adopts a double workbench structure, and the simultaneous work does not affect each other.

Punching Unit

Bidirectional Positioning:

The punching station features bidirectional positioning, perfectly integrated with the table scale, enabling more precise punching, improving efficiency and reducing defective products.

The punching unit utilizes a 6-position turret-type die library, capable of storing multiple sets of punching dies (e.g., round holes, oblong holes, square holes, and special-shaped holes), enabling a wide range of punching tasks without frequent die changes.

Punching Positioning System:

The equipment is equipped with various punching positioning mechanisms. These include an infrared lamp, which uses a red beam to ensure accurate punching position. A punching positioning pin, which allows for easy insertion and confirmation of the positioning point, provides convenient operation. These multiple options not only improve efficiency but also reduce scrap caused by inaccurate positioning.

Bending Unit

Modular Design
The bending dies feature a modular design, allowing for easy replacement of flat bends, vertical bends, U-bends, embossing, cable pressing, and twisting dies to accommodate busbars of varying sizes and shapes.

Safety Guards
Equipped with an emergency stop button, the safety guard ensures operator safety.

Shearing unit

High-hardness shear blades

The blades are made of high-strength alloy steel, offering excellent wear and impact resistance, ensuring long-term stable operation. A special heat treatment process ensures uniform hardness and a long service life, significantly reducing replacement frequency and maintenance costs.

One-shot shearing

The cut is completed in a single shearing pass, eliminating the need for secondary processing and significantly improving production efficiency.

Burr-free shearing

The unique blade design and optimized cutting angle effectively reduce burrs during the shearing process.

The bending unit adopts CNC and has a memory function, which can store the on-site data of the processed workpiece into the system at any time and call it out for repeated use.
