The shearing blade is integrally forged with a double-edged design, ensuring a smooth and burr-free cutting surface.
Bending Unit
This CNC bending system is user-friendly and highly precise, featuring touchscreen or PLC control.
Users input the bending angle and busbar thickness, and the machine automatically calculates and executes the task.
It supports various bending methods, including flat, vertical, U-shaped, and Z-shaped bending.
By changing molds, it can also handle special tasks like embossing and wire lug pressing.
With a bending accuracy of ±0.5°, it ensures consistent and precise results.
Punching Unit
Features:
Six-station turret-style mold library, eliminating the need for frequent mold changes and enabling high-efficiency punching operations.
Punching molds are made of Cr12MoV material, ensuring durability and wear resistance; molds can be renewed at a low cost by replacing specific components, reducing operational expenses.
Different punching capacity machines are available based on the thickness of the copper busbar.
