2. It adopts six-station integral turntable made of ductile cast iron, which improves the concentricity of the die, prolongs the service life of the die, and saves the time of die change.

1. The bending operation on an independent worktable, effectively realize the punching and shearing without interference, greatly improving production efficiency..

2. The embedded in the table steel ruler, can be convenient to measure the size of copper rows. 

3. The numerical control screen is located in the upper part of the machine, which is convenient for the operator to operate.

4. The CNC system has L-type bending and Z-type bending calculation function.

 

 

Cutting Unit of of Electrical CNC Busbar Machine

 

1. The shear unit adopts one-piece forging structure with novel design and reasonable force, ensuring no deformation in long-term use.
2. The upper knife and the lower knife are installed vertically and parallel to ensure that the cross-section of the shear is flat and free of waste material.
3. It is quipped with pressure material device, can prevent the workpiece in the shear process warping, reduce blade wear and improve the shear precision.
4. Through the precise adjustment of the blade gap and pressure material mechanism, to ensure that the cross-section of the busbar after shearing is flat.
