1. The shearing unit adopts sharp shear, the cutting interface is flat, no sagging, no burr, no waste, beautiful appearance.
2. Punching unit adopts integrated eight-mold turntable to ensure longer service life of the upper. No need to change the mold frequently, greatly reducing labor intensity. It is convenient and quick to use, and the production efficiency is obviously higher than the traditional process.
3. The bending station adopts double-layer working table, three stations can be operated at the same time without interfering with each other. The bending station adopts an open structure, which is convenient to take and put the processed copper busbar.
4. There are two kinds of operation mode: manual button and foot switch, which is convenient for workers to operate and use. Different molds or accessories can be selected according to the user's needs to complete a variety of shaped processing.
