This machine has three units: bending/punching/cutting.

Which can work at the same time.

punching unit and cutting unit use one Screen, and bending unit use one Screen.
Punching unit:

There are stopper rulers on both the X-axis and Y-axis. After entering the desired hole coordinates on the CNC screen, the stopper ruler can automatically position themselves without the need for measurement, making it very simple.

The screw guide rail, CNC stopper and equipment workbench are fully installed to ensure stable and reliable mechanical strength and machine tool accuracy

It includes free punching and template punching, and allows you to input the coordinates of the hole diameter in the screen.

Cutting unit:

The cutting operation is very simple. You can set the same length for multiple pieces to be cut on the CNC screen.

Different lengths can be set for single pieces or multiple pieces to be cut.

Servo motor and PLC control can control the stopper ruler automatic position.

Bending unit:

1.The system has L shape, Z shape and three bending template.

2.With double work table. The bending unit is controlled by the servo motor to control the bending length, automatically locate the stopper position, and control the bending angle by PLC, which perfectly cooperates with the servo stopper, which can realize a program to locate multiple angles and multiple bending positions.

3.Limit mode: free setting according to bending stroke and bending length.

4.Angle mode: Z-shaped and L-shaped bending,after directly inputting the size, the unfolded blanking length can be automatically calculated,and the data can be automatically imported for bending processing.It can also be input directly according to the required length and angle to complete the multi-section bending process.

5.Input height and length directly in order to process the required parts (such as Z type bending)
