• Punching unit

1. Innovative design of six-station turret punching mode, no need to frequently change punching molds and other unnecessary work, shorten the working time and improve work efficiency.

2. X-axis and Y-axis adopt guide rails, which allows high capacity punching operation for any position of 160mm busbar.

3. Laser positioning and punching pin positioning methods are also used. Thanks to the efficient arrangement of the scale, the positioning of the busbar punching can be controlled by checking the scale.

• Cutting Unit:

1. The scale is measured by moving the horizontal axis guide bar, fixed according to the graph to be cut, and then cut.
2. The cutting unit adopts a double column structure shearing method to ensure accurate cutting, minimize material waste, and reduce the possibility of overcutting or undercutting.

• Bending Unit:

  1.  In automatic operation, workers can bend the desired copper busbar thickness and angle as required (optional).
  2. The built-in scale of the workbench ensures that the copper busbar and the workbench will not be scratched or unclear due to long-term friction.
  3. The standard configuration of the machine includes 2 sets of vertical bending molds, 2 sets of horizontal bending molds and 1 set of U-shaped bending molds. The complete configuration of bending molds can meet the needs of most customers. 
  4. Bending unit using a closed structure has the advantage of ensuring that in the copper busbar bending process, the upper and lower parts of the copper busbar to maintain the same force, thus ensuring that the overall degree of bending completed copper busbar samples to maintain the same degree to improve bending accuracy.
