Machine advantures

 

  • The machine uses a servo motor-driven back gauge for automatic positioning. Once positioned, the copper busbar is placed against the back gauge, and processing begins by simply pressing the foot switch. Compared with the traditional manual adjustment method, this automatic positioning system significantly improves operational efficiency and enhances processing accuracy, making production faster and more convenient.

 

  • The shear blade is made of high-quality Cr12Mov alloy tool steel and precisely manufactured using CNC grinding machines. It undergoes an integral vacuum heat treatment process, achieving both high hardness and excellent toughness for superior cutting performance and durability. Designed with a double-edged structure, one set of blades delivers the value of two, effectively reducing maintenance costs and extending service life.

 

  • Built-in templates

     Punching mode: Supports free punching mode (user-defined punching positions) and template punching mode (input data, apply batch punching         with one click).

     Bending templates: Common bending types are built-in: L-bend, Z-bend, and three-stage bend (three-bend). Templates can be directly called to           automatically generate bending programs and processing sequences.
