Our equipment can perform a variety of processing operations. For instance, the punching unit can create holes of various shapes and sizes, the shearing unit can cut different length samples, and the bending unit can carry out processes such as horizontal bending and vertical bending.
Processing Details
Punching unit:
At the punching area, we can carry out processing such as round (circles),oval(ellipses), squares, rectangles, and chamfers(arc) . Different molds can be selected according to the requirements. The punching area is a six-position integrated turnplate. It can accommodate six common mold sizes in one go, eliminating the need for frequent mold replacement and thus extending the service life.
Punching we have two types, template punching and free punching. It is very simple. According to your own needs, input the coordinates you want to process, and select the appropriate mold, then you can start the processing.
No need to mark a proofing board for punching, Servo motor automatically locates punching coordinates. It supports continuous punching and punching with different apertures, and supports coordinate input and common template selection, which is convenient and efficient.
Cutting/shearing unit:
The cutting length is automatically controlled by servo motor,the incision interface is flat, no waste, burrs and droop.
The cutting station is the simplest type of station. It can cut many pieces of the same length of workpieces, or it can cut workpieces of different lengths.
Bending unit:
In the bending unit, Horizontal bends, vertical bends, U-shaped bends can be achieved. If necessary, the mold can be replaced to complete functions such as twist bends.
The bending system automatically calculatesthe unrolling length of the copper busbar.
High-precision screw guides control the bending length.
The system has a variety of built-in bending processing templates,supportsmulti-segment and multi-angle continuous bending processing.
