This CNC Busbar Bending Machinery can process max. size of copper busbar up to 160×12mm.

It can cutting punching and bending on copper busbar and aluminum busbar.

1. The punching unit of CNC Busbar Bending Machinery adopts the turret mold holder. The upper and lower parts of the turret die holder are integrated, which ensure that the upper and lower molds of the punching mold are perfectly matched to ensure the precision of punching.
2.  It can install 6 different sizes of punching dies, it can punch round hole, oblong hole and square hole thought turning the turret mold holde. It needn't to change the punching dies frequently. It can greatly saves working time and improves working efficiency.

1. The bending unit of CNC Busbar Bending Machinery has an Independent working table. 

2. Customer can measure the size of the copper busbar via the embedded steel ruler on the table, which is easy to operate.

3. We offer one piece of magnetic positioning block to locate the busbar length.
4. The updated and upgraded PLC is more user-friendly and easier to operate.
5. It can bend variety of shapes though changing bending molds.
