Punching Function & Shearing Function

 

The punching and shearing stations are located on the same side of the machine, independently designed to avoid interference and simultaneously meet the processing needs of different processes.

The punching station is primarily used for precise punching of copper busbars. Common punching dies (such as round, waist, square, and special-shaped dies) are mounted on a die turntable. The operator simply rotates the turntable to quickly select the desired die and begin processing. This design significantly reduces die change time and improves production efficiency.

The shearing station is used to quickly and neatly shear copper busbars, resulting in a smooth, burr-free cut surface, ensuring smooth subsequent processing or assembly.

The overall design not only enhances operational convenience and production continuity, but also ensures high precision and efficiency. It is widely applicable to busbar processing needs in power equipment manufacturing, distribution cabinets, substations, and other electrical industries.

 

Bening Function

 

The bending station, located on either side of the machine, is independent of the punching and shearing stations, ensuring they do not interfere with each other. This station is primarily used for precision bending of copper and aluminum busbars, capable of L-, Z-, and U-shaped bends, as well as complex, multi-angle bends.

The bending station utilizes high-strength molds and a hydraulic drive system to ensure stability and repeatable bending accuracy. During operation, the busbars are secured by positioning devices, and a CNC angle control system enables easy bending of various specifications and angles. The resulting bent workpieces achieve precise angles, smooth surfaces, and no noticeable indentations or distortion, meeting high-standard assembly and electrical safety requirements.

This station not only enhances processing flexibility and precision, but also significantly reduces operator error, meeting the diverse needs of the power equipment manufacturing and distribution industries for high-quality busbar bending.

 

Our CNC busbar processing machine is equipped with three worktable lights to ensure ample lighting in the work area,
enhancing visibility and operational safety.

In addition, the machine features an emergency stop button, allowing operators to immediately halt the machine in case of emergencies,
ensuring safety during the processing operation.

 

 

The machine also includes a built-in toolbox for convenient storage of punching and bending dies,
