Details of the punching unit:

1) .A turnplate with six modes is used, Six molds can be installed directly. What size do you want to process, You only need to turn the mold of this punching size mold. 

2) .Stopper with X-axis and Y-axis, used to fix the copper busbars.

3). With punch positioning needle and machine light

4).The punching unit can complete the round holes, oval holes, square holes, rectangular holes, copper busbar end arc etc...

Shearing:

1). The shear unit has a press block and a stopper for better fixing of the copper busbar.

2).The operation is simple and convenient, the upper and lower two pieces of the cutting knife, the column type, fix the copper bar, step on the foot switch, and cut directly. The section surface after cutting is very smooth.

Machine bending: 

1) Adopts double-layer work table;  

2) Uses Siemens PLC control system, the bending precision is high;

3) By changing the different dies, to complete the horizontal bending and vertical bending,U-bending, embossing, flattening, twisting, pressure cable joint, etc;

4) Input height and length directly in order to process the required parts (such as Z type bending), the bending precision ± 1 °, repeat bending precision ± 0.5 °

5). The machine has Angle bending and limit bending, Angle bending, can be automatically controlled.

6). When processing vertical bending, the required 40 and 80 dies can be installed according to the different thickness of the copper bar.

After the machine is finished, anti-rust oil is applied, a film is wrapped before packing, and then shipped in standard packaging.
