This dedicated machine is engineered to cut, punch and bend copper or aluminum busbars used in switch-gear, rail systems, power distribution and modern building infrastructures.

 

Precision Shear Station: delivers square, burr-free cuts to exact length.

CNC Punch Unit: creates round, oblong and custom hole patterns with repeatable accuracy.

Multiple-selective Bender: forms complex angles and offsets while maintaining workpiece integrity.

 

 

 

 

 

Cutting Station

 

The shear blade is made of high-quality Cr12Mov alloy tool steel and precisely manufactured using CNC grinding machines.
It undergoes an integral vacuum heat treatment process,achieving both high hardness and excellent toughness for superior cutting performance and durability.
Designed with a double-edged structure, one set of blades delivers the value of two,effectively reducing maintenance costs and extending service life.

 

 

Bending station

 

Independent Two-Layer Workbench

It has an independent two-layer workbench, truly achieving three-station independent operation without mutual interference.

Built-In Steel Ruler

A steel ruler is built into the workbench, making it easy to measure copper bar sizes anytime-quick and convenient.

Workbench Machine Light

The workbench is equipped with a machine light, ensuring sufficient lighting in the working environment and improving visibility and operational safety.

PLC & CNC Screen

Equipped with a PLC and CNC screen, it supports parameter input, parameter recall, and automatic calculation for L-bends and Z-bends.

 

Punching Station 

 

The punching unit has a turret-type die library that holds multiple sets of punching tools (for round, oblong, square and special-shaped holes). It can finish different punching jobs without frequent die changes.

Six-Station Integrated Turntable

Made of ductile iron, the turntable offers better die concentricity. This design not only extends service life but also shortens die change time, boosting work efficiency.

Precision Positioning System

The hydraulic oil tank is welded from thick steel plates and phosphate-treated to prevent hydraulic oil contamination and corrosion.

 

Equipped with a high-precision Japanese Yuken solenoid valve, it offers fast response and high control accuracy, ensuring the stability and reliability of the hydraulic system.

 

A level gauge monitors both oil temperature and oil level.
