Punching Process
1. Punching Positioning Design
A servo motor drives the gauge for positioning. Once positioned, the copper bar rests against the gauge, and processing begins by pressing a foot switch. This replaces the traditional manual gauge positioning method, improving operational efficiency.
2. Die Library System Design - Turret Die Library
The six-position, integrated turret, made of ductile iron, improves die concentricity, extends die life, and reduces die change time.
3. High-Quality Punching Dies
A. Material Selection: Made of high-hardness, high-wear-resistant alloy steel (Cr12MoV), offering high hardness, wear resistance, and durability.
B. Shape Selection: Round, square, rectangular, curved, and other custom designs are available to perfectly meet your requirements.
C. Cost-Efficient Product Design: The upper die punch is removable for easy replacement, reducing costs.
Bending Process
1. Bending Positioning Design

2. Three commonly used bending calculation modes (L-bend, Z-bend, and triple-bend) are built into the system, and the programs can be stored and recalled, ensuring high accuracy and saving time and effort.
Shearing Process
1. Single-shot Shearing
A single shearing operation completes the cut, eliminating the need for secondary processing and significantly improving production efficiency.
2. Burr-Free Shearing
The unique blade design and optimized cutting angle effectively reduce burrs during the shearing process.
Reducing burrs not only improves cutting quality but also simplifies subsequent processing, saving labor and material costs.
