Bending station
The bending station is multifunctional, capable of performing various bending operations such as flat bending, vertical bending, U-shaped bending, and twist bending. It also supports mark - free bending and cable pressing, meeting diverse processing requirements.
In terms of configuration, the bending station features an independent two - tier working surface, enabling three workstations to operate independently without interference, thus improving work efficiency. The working surface is equipped with an embedded steel ruler, allowing operators to measure the size of copper busbars accurately at any time. This ensures precise dimensions during processing. Additionally, the machine tool lamp on the working surface provides adequate lighting, enhancing visibility and operational safety. For emergency situations, an emergency stop button is installed, enabling operators to halt the machine immediately. Furthermore, the bending station is equipped with advanced PLC and CNC screen configurations. It not only supports parameter input and recall but also enables automatic calculation of L - shaped and Z - shaped bends, simplifying the operation process and improving the intelligence level of bending work.

The cutting station is capable of precisely shearing copper busbars.
It ensures accurate dimensions and produces smooth, flat cut edges, catering to the processing requirements of copper busbars in various lengths.
Its working table is positioned on one side of the machine, operating independently from punching and bending processes, thus avoiding mutual interference and ensuring efficient operation.
The working table is equipped with an embedded steel ruler, making it convenient for operators to accurately measure the length of the copper busbar and enhancing operational convenience.
The machine tool lamp ensures sufficient lighting in the working environment, effectively improving visual clarity and safety during operation.
Additionally, an emergency stop button is installed to allow quick machine shutdown in case of emergencies, providing emergency safety protection for both operators and the equipment.

Punching station
The punching station can press various hole types like round and square holes. It's accurate in hole positioning and regular in hole shape, meeting diverse electrical connection and installation needs.
Equipped with multiple punching positioning devices, it has an infrared lamp for positioning via a red beam and a punching pin for easy operation.
The six - position integral turntable of ductile iron has high concentricity, saving mold - changing time.
Also fitted with an independent working table and a machine tool lamp, it well ensures operational convenience and efficiency.

Packaging Process for CNC Busbar Processing Machines Before Shipment:
Tool & Mold Organization:
Punching and bending molds are wrapped with bubble wrap and properly stored in the machine's toolbox or designated areas.
Anti-Rust Treatment:
Rust inhibitor oil is applied to moving parts and working surfaces to protect against moisture-induced corrosion.
Protective Wrapping:
The entire machine is covered with oil paper to shield it from dust and moisture, followed by waterproof plastic film wrapping for additional protection.
Plywood Box Packaging:
The machine is placed in a custom export-grade plywood box with internal cushioning (foam or cardboard) to absorb shocks and vibrations during transit.
Securing:
Straps are used inside the box to secure the machine firmly and prevent shifting during transportation.
External Labeling:
Clear handling instructions such as "Forklift Position" are marked on the box for safe loading and unloading at the port.
