First, due to the inability to brake accurately, the bending angle cannot be accurately controlled during use. Moreover, there are no angle control mechanisms, scales, and fixtures on the existing copper bar bending machines. The gap cannot be adjusted.

Secondly, in order not to twist the bending shaft excessively, the applied force is often small, which makes it difficult to bend thicker and wider busbars. Again, the four functions of flat bending, angled vertical bending, S-shaped vertical bending, and twist-shaped bending are not highly integrated on one copper bar bending machine, and one machine with multiple functions cannot be realized. Next, there is no rounded corner on the edge of the fixture working surface, and defects such as cracks, wrinkles, and damage are prone to appear at the bend of the busbar. Finally, the structure of the copper bar bending machine is relatively complicated, the price is relatively high, the operation preparation time is long, and the operation is complicated.
