This machine is equipped with three processing units, namely punching, shearing and bending. Each unit has an independent hydraulic system, so they can work simultaneously.

 

Moreover, all three processes of punching, shearing and bending are controlled by CNC and servo systems. It is equipped with stopper ruler, which can automatically position and is very precise and convenient. This significantly reduces processing time and improves efficiency.

 

 

 Let's see the machine assessories, we supply standard punching mold, cutting mold and bending mole along with the machine.

 Meet all your processing requirements, If you want to perform any operation, simply install the corresponding molds. For example, if you want to         punch holes, you can install the common mold size and shape at the punching position. At the bending station, if you want to bend flat, install the flat-   bending mold; if you want to bend in a U shape, install the U-bending mold.

 so when you received the machine ,you can just add oil and power on, then you can processing copper and aluminums directly.

          Cutting unit:

       The cutting length is automatically controlled by servo motor,

       The cutting interface is falt. no watse, no burrs.

       The operation is simple and convenient.

  Punching unit:

   The punching unit included template punching and free punching.

   You can directly input the coordinates of the aperture, and the ruler can automatically position it without the need for further measurement,           ensuring accuracy.

   Bending unit：

 The bending system automatically calculates the unrolling length of the copper busbars.

Limit mode: free setting according to bending stroke and bending length.

Angle mode: Z-shaped and L-shaped bending,after directly inputting the size, the unfolded blanking length can be automatically calculated.

Our package

After the machine is completed, we will take detailed pictures for the customer. Once the customer confirms that there are no issues, we can proceed with the packaging. During the packaging process, the machine's molds will be sorted and placed properly. To prevent rusting, the machine will be coated with anti-rust oil and then wrapped in a layer of plastic film. Finally, we will firmly fix the machine in the wooden box.

There is also a symbol of a forklift on the outside of the machine's plywood crate for better delivery.
